Wow Lady Lene'a. I never really thought of my tears in this way. All I recognized is that when I'm down or sad and I cry that it usually always makes me feel better. Not realizing it was rejuvenating me! Thank you for reminding me of all of the wonderful things that God has designed me to be. That I am beautiful, sophisticated, great, gorgeous, MORE than a conqueror, victorious and courageous!! Thank you Jesus...

ReplyDeleteThanks Lady Lene'a that information about rejuvenation was good for me to hear: cause I'm not one who shed a tear unless I'm praying, I always look at it as my emotions were trying to control me so when the emotion comes and I want to just cry I would bring that emotion into subjection of my spirit, unless I'm praying. So thank you I'm going to yield from to the tears now.
You always taught me to do this in the mirror, and it has helped me so much! I tell other girls to do the same. If you can't face yourself, you can't face others! Love this and love you!
ReplyDeleteWow! What an amazing comparison. Ours tears are just like the oil for an engine - helping to rejuvenate and cleanse us. It’s so common to think of tears as a weakness. Thank you for reframing this for me. Tears are actually strengthening and renewing. Tears bring me back to greatness! Now excuse me while I go cry everyday to strengthen myself 🤣❤️
