Frustration
“Frustration”
Hello everyone, that’s reading this, well we are still here thank you Lord for another great and amazing day to be among the greatest of the great.
Yes, this is the day that the Lord has made and let us rejoice in it.
This month I want to talk about frustration and how we can overcome it and still show llove and give llove (yes I hear you laugh at this one).
Frustration has many faces—you may feel baffled, defeated, disappointed, dissatisfied, neutralized, undermined, or inhibited, (unable to relax in a natural way).
The Bible talks about frustrations are a part of living in this sinful world. And one of the biggest frustrations is the way sin and evil seem so often to push away good. But God offers us the bigger picture………………..
Frustrations are temporary obstacles that can be overcome, sometimes by eliminating them, but most often by persevering through them. (And who liked to go through when it doesn’t feel good?) No-one
Frustration emptie you, confuses you, undercuts you, and makes you feel like you were so close and yet so far away.
Here’s the big ??????? Why do we get frustrated? 😩
Sometimes you are frustrated when you work hard for something but nothing comes from it.
You get frustrated with someone because maybe they didn’t do something quite the way you wanted it.
Or maybe they didn’t hear you the way you thought they should have heard you. Keep in mind, if that's frustrating to you, just image for a minute (put yourself in their shoes) how that might make the other person feel who’s seeing the frustration they have caused you.
Micah 6:15 (NLT) “You will plant crops but not harvest them. You will press your olives but not get enough oil to anoint yourselves. You will trample the grapes but get no juice to make your wine.”
I know how frustrating that can be or become, but I found out that having patience in all things works out for my good. It may not come the way I want but it’s going to happen the way God sees fit.🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Now that may take some time (waiting) and it probably won’t happen over night or in days, or years………ok let me move right along; I don’t want to discourage you in your waiting (the key is waiting) oh and while I’m here.
Gal. 5:22 (erv) speaks of that waiting and patience that the Holy Spirit gives us as we walk in the fruits of Spirit with Llove, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Most of all the good ole’ Self-Control.
It takes all that and some to stay away from frustration while we in our waiting process.
Sometimes you are frustrated in your prayers, expecting certain answers that never come because you have the wrong motives or you want it right now and your way.
You don’t see how God is actually protecting you from what will harm you or just devastate you right now.
And I know that’s a given factor, all we want is nowwwwwwww. And can this be done and over with. And that in itself brings frustration.
But we have to remember we don’t see what God sees. And to be honest God's eyesight is 100% and above better than any other. (That should calm us down from being frustrated).
Prov. 21:2 (NLT) People may be right in their own eyes, but the LORD examines their heart.
God wants to see where your heart is at this time. You may not be ready for the answer he has for you.
Examining the source of your frustration helps you know how to deal with it.
There is a big difference between being frustrated in your quest to do good and being frustrated because you are not getting your way. Each must be dealt with differently.
Let’s deal with why I’m frustrated and see if there’s a solution for me to accept what it is. Then second, examine if I can handle this solution in a mature way with llove, patience, and kindness.
We have to remember we are all dealing with frustration differently, so let us be passionate towards one another how they (we) go through frustrations and be a friend and not an enemy.
We are helpers one to another, when and if someone comes to you in a rage of frustration go ahead give them a helping hand and not hard time.
Be patient, be kind, when you’re dealing with frustration. Remember, what you give, is what you get. And if you’re not there now, one of these days or nights you might be and you will need that same helping hand (favor) returned unto you.
We don’t want to take away the goodness of a person when frustration sets in because we all have and will walk those shoes too.
Frustration is real but we shall overcome, through prayer - God's got you.
1 John 4:4 Greater is he that is in me (us) than he that is in the world. (The Holy Spirit dwells within us and his power is greater than any other power in the world). And that power protects us.
Ish. 54:17, No weapon formed against you (us) will prosper.
You may see it tryna form but it will not come near you (it can’t touch you).
Don’t give up on God, don’t give up on yourself! Keep trusting in God, keep your faith, believe all his promises that he has for you and your family.
My prayers right now for you and every situation in the name of Jesus, that has you frustrated and torn that the power of the Holy Spirit begin to release any baggage, any ungodly soul ties, any tormenting spirit that has you bound and restless to let you go…………and that you find llove, joy, peace, rest, confidence, calmness, poise, assurance, positivity, promises, compassion, composure, alertness, boldness, and the word of truth what God is saying about you and see in you…………………….
You are soooooooo beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, graceful, irresistible, exquisite, divine, delightful, kindhearted, desirable, llovely, adorable, magnificent, enchanting, breath-taken, got it going on, needed, wanted, important, essential, valuable, significant, supreme, prominent. In Jesus name, Amen
Right there is enough to remove any frustration out………
Begin to saturate your spirit in the way God sees it and remove all doubt of frustration out of your life.
Now! Go be a blessing to someone this day 🙌🏽 as you release the frustration.
Psalms. 68:1 Let God arise and his(the)enemies be scattered.
Happy Resurrection (He is risen) I llove you all

ReplyDeleteFrustration has often ruled me, so I'm thankful for this and the associated passages I can use to fight against frustration holding me back!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully stated. Frustration is a trick of the enemy that brings distractions and chaos, when theirs jealousy stemming from something that you don’t like about someone who has achieved and accomplished a little more than you have. That’s when you should be the most happiest for a person. That’s when the flood gates is opened in your life. God seeing how you handle frustration , by not showing it in the midst of others, We’re helpers one of another. Be an example not a distraction.

ReplyDeleteI learned frustration originates from feelings of uncertainty, when my goals or expectations won’t work out, I experience frustration. I also learned to work out my frustration through talking with someone, walking, cleaning house. I learned overcoming frustration isn’t about avoiding it entirely, but managing how I feel to it!
