"THE ONLY WAY IS UP, LOOK UP"
Hello again and again and again, Mates. For the JOY of the the Lord is your strength, so let us rejoice and be glad in it. That's such a great way to start our everyday living, Amen. And this is only for the amazing Dolls, Belles, Gentlemen and Males and may that be YOU? Of course it is, who else?
I am so grateful and thankful of the many many gifts and talents God has blessed all of you with and how much he lloves you all. He continues to pour his steadfast unconditional llove on us, no-matter where we are in life and no-matter what we may have or have not done. He's always looking at us for the best that he created in each and every one of us.................Look up! Yes he does care, and you my Llove ones are so needed and wanted. Don't sell yourself short because a great price has already been paid:).
When Jesus died for us on that rugged cross, notice he didn't go DOWN, he went UP. And when he went up, we went too. All of our sickness, problems and pain went right up with him. When he bore all of our sins, he took them as far away that there were no more.......Look up! This is "The Only Way.....Is Up".
Psalms 121:1-2( TPT), "I look up to the mountains and hills, longing for God's help. But then I realize that our true help and protection is only from the Lord, our Creator who made the heavens and the earth."
When I'm doing my morning routine walk, I find myself looking down alooooot y'all. Because I want to be in control of my footing so that I don't slip and fall (that sounds reasonable). Well, not knowing that looking up and ahead is more safe and clear than looking down. I can see what's ahead of me and be more secure with my footing because I can see the obstacle that is ahead of me before I even get to it now that I'm looking up. And that's the same way Jesus does for us, he's always ahead of us and can see what's before us better then we can, and way before us because he's interceding to God on our behalf. Psm. 91:11(NLT) For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.
Jesus intercedes for us because he lloves us so so much and he cares for us in a way like no-other. Jesus' purpose for us is for us to succeed and to excel in everything we do. He already knows our pains, and problems so he doesn't want us to be concerned about that. Leave it all in his hands and look up.
Focusing on our problems, heartaches and situations won't change anything. But Lookin Up and praying to our God makes everything alright now that we've placed it in the hands of a man that can give you peace in the mist of the storm. When you pray to Almighty God, Jesus is right their upon the thorn with him, and he will give you a resting place like no other.
Matt. 11:28-30 (NLT), (28) says 'Then Jesus said, come to me all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. (29) Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (30) For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light."
We have to have a mature mind, (thinking positive thoughts, reading God's word daily, not only reading but learning the scriptures and being content with Joy and having a child-like heart (Faith).
When a child ask his or her parents for something like, needing money to go on a field trip or for a new backpack for school, they just believe that their parents are going to come through for them. I'm sure that child is looking up at that parent and not doubting or thinking it's not going to happen. No, they leave it right there in their parents hands and trust that they are going to take care of it. The process of that thing is no-longer in their hands anymore. When that parent says ok, now that the promise.
God has promised us a lot and it belongs to us. Keep your focus on the promise, not the process. The process will cause you to look down but a promise is there for you to look up. Even though the process sometimes may take a little longer than usual, but just like when Jesus cursed the fig tree to dry up and die it didn't happen right away, but it happened because the promise was always there.
Now, so you know "The Only Way Is Up," let's reminisce for a moment now that you know. "The Only Way Is Up." What's some of the prayers you have up before God and the promises God has for you? Let's remind ourselves, yes if God said it, it's yours. You just forgot you were on your way up, up up and away. Now Look Up
I Llove you 4life keep believing in yourself and never ever give up on YOU:)
From Lady With A Lot Of llove, Lady Lene'a
Once again Lady Lene’a, you have given encouraging words that center us and ground us in God’s word. The word tells us to look to the hills which cometh our help. We must “look up” for that is where God is!

ReplyDeleteGreat words Auntie! Leave it all in his hands and trust God! He doesn’t want us to worry, like you said he already knows our hearts, pain problems and desires! We just have to trust him and continue to look up and keep moving! Don”t focus on the process! Focus on his promise! That he can and will keep! π―
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Yes, the Promises of God are yes and Amen! Even though we sometimes forget His Promises, He NEVER forgets! ππΎππΎ Thank You Jesus and Lady Lene’a!

ReplyDeleteLady Lene'a I truly enjoyed this post and it was so timely. Many times I find myself looking down when i am walking as well. This is a great reminder when we are faced with trails and tribulations that we have to look up to Jesus as the author and finisher of our faith instead of looking down or upon our problems. I also like when you said focus on the promises and not the process because I find myself becoming impatient especially when I have been waiting a long time.(Like God did you really promise to me) Lol
ReplyDeleteAmazing and encouraging word Lady. I definitely need to be more conscious of looking up! Not just naturally but even more spiritually. Love and and I hope you and your family enjoy the holiday weekend. π©·

ReplyDeleteThis is such a right on time word. When there's darkness all around you it helps to look up and see that our help comes from the Lord.
ReplyDeleteWhat a blessed and encouraging word, Lady Lene'a I will remember to look up when I'm walking by faith and trusting God to order my steps while standing on his word. Thank you for allowing God to use you to advance his kingdom. May you be blessed for sharing what God is speaking in this season. ππ½ππ½π₯°

Keeping my focus on the promise and not the proces!! Thank you for this encouragement π
ReplyDeletethank you for the reminder, Lady Lena my beautiful spiritual daughter! It reminds me of the scripture that says that this is the confidence that we happen in him if we asked anything according to his Will he hears us and because we know he hears us we know the petitions we desire of him. That way we can always look up not look at the process but look up with confidence. The only way is up love you daughter thanks for being a blessing too so many and your obedience to God Mom.
ReplyDeleteI wasn’t able to check that before it was sent technology was moving way too fast for me but I think you get my drift! Love you all
