"GOD LlOVES OBEDIENCE"

 

Hello Dolls, Bells, Gentlemen and Males, January is gone already. Let's not hold fast to what was yesterday but let us focus on what is before us. 

I'd like to give a shout out to January birthdays. Happy, Happy birthday to you. And while I'm celebrating you, let's take this time to celebrate the almighty King Of Kings, Lord Of all - our God and Savior for allowing us to have a day of greatness here on earth. Hallelujah, Glory to God, I Llove you Lord! What a mighty God you are, Prince Of Peace. You reign forever more. Great is your Faithfulness.

Now that we are here (the 2nd month of the year), how has your obedience been? Let's be honest. It's difficult at times, at least it has been for me. And I say that because sometimes it doesn't make sense or it just doesn't feel right.

Well here's the thing, our thoughts are not the same thoughts as God and our ways are not the same as God's ways. That's why he's God and we are not (Lol). 

Ish.55: 8-9 (NIV)

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. (9) "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."

God lloves for us to obey him because he lloves to reward us. God gave his only begotten son that we may live an eternal life with him. That’s the kind of reward that is given to us all when we live a life full of the glory of God in obedience.

1 Corinthians 15:58 (ERV)

"So, my dear brothers and sisters, stand strong. Don't let anything change you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord. You know that your work in the Lord is never wasted."

 In obedience to God, God wants us to remain the same when things are not going right and when they go left (wrong). He wants us to be consistent in our obedience to him in all things at all times.

              What does obedience to God speaks of………………….?

*TO BE FIRM, FIXED AND NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

*TO BE FIRM IN BELIEF AND DETERMINATION. 

*TO BE LOYAL AND FAITHFUL.

*TO BE UNYIELDING AND INCAPABLE OF BEING MOVED OR DIVERTED.

Obedience keeps you on a path to a great life in God, prosperity and peace and a lot of Llove 💞

Psalm 33:18 (Amp) 

"Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon those who fear Him and worship Him with awe-inspired reverence and obedience."

"The LORD takes care of those who obey him, and the land will be theirs forever."

"Always obey the LORD and you will be happy. If you are stubborn, you will be ruined."

                       

      {Testimony Time}

I was headed out on a trip, a very lengthy one I might add. And this trip took quite a bit of money and some. Of course, I had planned this trip ahead of time, so it was pretty much set on what I needed to pay and what I was going to pay.

Before I was off on my journey, I had to make a quick stop to the store. It was very early morning because I like to try to beat traffic.

As I entered into the store, I saw this person laying on a bench sleeping. It had to of been about 6:30 am because the store opened at 6 am, so that let me know they had just gotten there. 

As soon as I saw them, I said in my mind (it was a thought), I want to give them $20 but I didn’t have any cash on me. 

And right away the Holy Spirit said yes, give them $100. Now remember, I didn’t have any cash on me and the item I purchased was only $8 and some change.

As soon as I heard that, I didn’t think twice, I said yes Lord. 

So as I rang up my item, I got $100 cash back and immediately went back to the spot where I saw the person and gave them $100 and said Happy Holidays and left.

As I left the store and proceeded on my way, I began to thank God for allowing me to not only bless them but to be obedient to what he asked of me. 

I wasn’t thinking about the money that I needed for this trip, it just made me feel good pleasing my Father God in obedience. You can't beat being obedient when it comes to allowing God to direct you in the way he wants you to go.

When I got to where I was going, God had already worked out some things in my favor. 

When I got into hotel room, I fell on my knees and began to thank him and worship him.

I just believe there is so much FAVOR in the atmosphere when we obey God! Obeying God and trusting him when you don’t ask any questions and you don’t understand, brings great rewards when you just obey and say yes Lord 🙌🏽. 

God is working GREAT FAVOR in your life on your behalf because you choose to obey him and you WILL be glad about it.

Obedience is letting God know that he is in control over everything in our life. So just say yes Lord and obey.

In obedience to God, your life will be fulfilled with so many more rewards than you can imagine……………………………………you can have:

• Blessings and Prosperity 
• Protection and guidance 
• Deeper relationship with God
• Peace and joy
• Purpose and meaning 
• Spiritual growth and new transformation 
• Strength and resilience

The rewards go on and on and on. Now, we don’t just do this to get the rewards. We do it because we llove and trust him with our whole heart, soul, mind and strength.

And when you trust God with obedience, God will work out everything else in your life.

Obedience to God first is the key that unlocks many doors in our life. And even though it’s not a piece of pie (cake or ice cream, which ever you like) the reward that follows is worth the price.

Keep your head held high and look to the hill that cometh your help in Jesus Christ. He will see you to a great reward when you obey.

Wow great people, January 2025 is gone. Don’t lay hold to what was yesterday, but press on to 11 months of greatness, abundance, joy, peace, and all the rewards God has in store for you; that's right in front of you this day. Yes, it belongs to you so take it 🥰.
