FAIR FIGHTING
Exodus 14:14 (NIV)
The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.
_____
God will and wants to fight for us. He reassures us that He will. God told Moses to tell the Israelites all they need to do is to stay calm, watch Him save them that day, and they would never see the Egyptians again. God doesn’t fight a foul fight. He fights for righteousness. He is a "fair fighter".
Hello, hola, bonjour, ciao, ni hao, hallo, ola, konnichiwa, marhaba, zdravstvuyte, jambo, annyeonghaseyo, sawatdee, xin chao, yia sas, hej, czesc, shalom, halo, salaam, assalam-o-alaikum, and kiaora greetings, to the most wonderful, beautiful and handsome God creation, dolls, belles, gentleman and males of this great universe. I send my blessings to you and pray that you have another great praise report in the making. And I’m sure you do.
So you know how I llove praising the Lord with you. Here we go: Hallelujah, hallelujah, glory to the Great I Am! Lord, we adore Your presence in this place. We worship and give You all the praise and honor due to you. There is nobody like You. You're everything I need and want. I can't live without You, my King. What an amazing God you are! Great is Your faithfulness! Morning, noon and night, I will praise You with all my heart, mind and soul!
Now after all that, doesn't it feel good to your soul and your spirit? It makes you feel rejuvenated, like you can run through troops and leap over walls 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 There's nothing like the Spirit of the Holy Ghost falling fresh on you. What a refreshing feeling. Now you're ready for a fair fight to take place in you and around you.
When God says, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay”, He doesn't want us to rejoice for the bad things that may happen to the person. He expects us to pray and llove the person. The Word is truth and light, and it's going to do exactly what it said it is going to do. Put yourself in that position: if that word was for you, wouldn't you want someone praying for you and lloving you through? Yes you would.

Galatians 6:7 (CSB)
Don't be deceived: God is not mocked. For whatever a person sows He will also reap...
_____
In the 6th chapter of this book, Paul talks to the Galatians about reaping what they sow. This applies to us as well. So if you're rejoicing because someone is going through hardship for the wrong they may have done, know this... you will also reap same measure because that's not fair fighting. But you know as well as I know our flesh doesn’t necessarily like to fight fair, right? Especially if we are mad and hurting.
Hurting people llove to get back and hurt the ones who hurt them. This is why we need to pray and ask God to fight our battles. When someone behaves unrighteously toward us, we need to pray that God gives them a repentant spirit, and a clean heart and to make it right with Him and us. And we need to do this as though it was ourselves that needed this prayer.
Like I said before, the Word does work for us, as well as anyone else. God is a righteous and a fair God. He wants us to be like Him. God knows within our flesh we can not and will not fight fair. And for that reason, He tells us in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast our cares - that's our troubles, concerns, worries, anxieties, our madness, hurts, and blows - onto Him, because He cares for us. And He will fight for us. That’s how we fight fair. Because if we don't cast our cares upon him, we will try to get back in the worst possible way, and could do some bodily harm with our mouth and hands for real!
_____
Thessalonians 5:15 (NIV)
Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.
_____
It's very encouraging as believers to leave the task in the right hands: The Master’s hands. A righteous and lloving hand. When it comes to “fair fighting", God will always look out for what’s best for us and do what is right. All He wants us to do is to pray and llove the one who has done us wrong and let Him fight for us.
What battles are you in? God’s got this one, too 🙏
From Lady, with (fighting) llove. Keep the faith, and never give up.🥰
